i had the privilege of photographing fat boy slim. he played at the CTICC a few weeks ago. Despite the stress and frustration, I enjoyed the experience to the max. Us photographers were jumbled up on one side though (so much for the backstage pass - didnt mean nothin!) so getting creative pictures was difficult, since the space was so limiting. Have a look at the moments I captured...

random...because i can
I had the privilege of shooting this local band, called The Plastics. We went to this rad quarry which was littered with broken glass and, I suspect, memories of smoking a few joints on a Friday afternoon.
Go and visit the band at the website http://www.theplasticsband.com, pretty rad guys...
They are featured on the front cover of the live music guide magazine called "LMG" (the May 2010 issue) One of my pics (the one on the roof top) is being used in the mag...go check it out!
These two pictures I took when I was a gaffer (sounds so fancy but really i worked with a total of two lights and there were two other mates there with me) on an indie set. I walked around with my stills camera as well trying to keep busy...I shot with my new 50mm f1.4 lens. Like all of these type of pictures, the kids are very easy to shoot. This is what a came up with...
All the best...
